Details: Look to the right to find the buy now buttons. One is for plants, one is for leaves. Choose the number from the drop down menu. You will be taken to Paypal to enter in the information. Put the names of the varieties desired in the message to seller area. Up to 9 plants will ship in the box from April-Sept for a flat rate of $8.00. Why so high? Besides the postage, there are shipping materials involved that I have to purchase, styrofoam peanuts, stryrofoam cups, etc. Unlimited leaves ship for $5.00. Leaves ship free with the plants, but in order to do that, request an invoice so I can combine the shipping correctly.
NOTE: I do ship violets in the winter. From November-March, the shipping cost is $10.00 for 8 plants and unlimited leaves. Leaves do not ship in their own box in the winter. The box is lined with 3" building insulation and a heat pack is included. I have had great success with this method. One customer told me they were still warm and fine after sitting on his porch for 5 hours with it below zero.
Yet another note: I can NOT ship internationally nor to CA, HI, or AZ. The restrictions are too costly. to comply with.
Assurances: I guarantee live delivery of plants. Photo may be required to prove death. I do reserve the right to postpone shipping if the weather is over 100 degrees from where I ship in NY state to where ever they are going. One end or the other seems ok, but if it's over 100 here and at it's destination, the plants don't do well.
My plants are inspected by NYS Ag. and Markets. I am a licensed grower. I use organic controls, neem and soap for pests and my plants get sprayed every few months as a preventative. They get checked for problems once a week.
